Your profile: banner, photo, About, experience and education, your public link and what visitors see.
Profile is how you introduce yourself on KoffeeChat. Shepherds see it when they find you in their Talents list, and anyone you share your public link with sees the parts you choose.
Banner, photo and headline
- Edit banner (top right of the banner) picks one of our designs or uploads your own image, framed to the same shape as LinkedIn's.
- The camera button on your photo changes it. Until you add one, people see your initials.
- Edit profile changes your first and last name and your headline, the one line under your name about what you do or where you're heading.
- Your country comes from Settings, and your city from the Add your location suggestion. Changing your name, photo and location
The sections

About
What's there: A few sentences about you, up to 600 characters. Add or Edit writes it in place.
Dream role
What's there: The role you're working towards. Change it in Grow, where it also builds your career ladder.
Experience
What's there: Where you work, now or before, with your role (up to 10). Share what it's like next to a company earns KoffeePoints for anonymous answers.
Education
What's there: Up to 3 schools, newest first, with your degree and years if you like.
What you share
What's there: Your CV, LinkedIn, growth plan and career ladder, with links to where you manage each. Each one says whether shepherds in Talents get it (Shared with shepherds or Hidden from shepherds, set in Settings).

What's there: Companies you follow or saved. Find companies takes you to the directory.
Industries that excite you
What's there: Up to 3, from the same list as your onboarding question.
A section visitors can't see is marked Hidden from visitors, and so are your location, your photo and your ratings while visitors don't see them. Manage takes you to What visitors see.
Experience (where you work)
Pick a company from our list or type it in, add your role and tick I work here now if you still do. After you add a company we may ask a few optional questions about it, for free KoffeePoints; your answers are always anonymous and never show on your profile. Visitors to your public page see your experience only if you switch Experience on. Sharing pay, perks and interview insights

Earnings and Peers
Earnings and Peers have moved out of your Profile: they're previews in Beta testers now. Finding someone to book, and the map of where shepherds are, live on Coffee Chats; companies live on Companies. Earnings and Peers previews
