A coffee chat request uses its point when you send it. Declined and withdrawn requests don't count towards your plan's coffee chats. How many coffee chats you can book

- Going back to a company you've already opened.
- Building and rebuilding your career ladder, and changing your roles.
- Opening a growth plan you've already created, ticking off tasks and browsing resources.
- Messages, ratings and company reviews.
Seeing where your points went
Settings → KoffeePoints shows your Balance, what you've Spent this month and every action under Activity, newest first. Press Show to open the list.
Something there doesn't look right? Choose Report a problem in your account menu and pick Payments & KoffeePoints.
