Logging the outcome, and changing it later

Logging how each chat went keeps your record accurate, counts towards your impact and lets you and the talent rate each other. Every chat you mark Completed also counts towards Pro on us: 3 in a month get you Pro free for the next month. Pro on us

Log the outcome

1. 1Step 1: Press Log outcome on the chat, under Upcoming or Past. The top of Past tells you how many chats are left to log.
2. 2Step 2: Choose ✓ Completed if you met, or No-show if the talent didn't turn up.
3. 3Step 3: Add a Private note if you like. Only you can see it.

When you mark a chat completed after it has ended, we take you straight to rating the talent. If you mark it early, you can rate them once the chat's time is over.

Change it later

Logged the wrong one? Press Change outcome on the chat under Past to switch between Completed and No-show. You can do this from the moment the chat starts until 30 days later, and we let the person who booked know.

• Before the chat starts, it says Editable once the chat starts.
• After 30 days the outcome is final.
• Once your rating of a completed chat has been shared, the chat stays completed.
• Switching a chat to No-show removes your pending rating of the talent.
• Switching a chat to No-show doesn't take away Pro on us you already have, but the chat stops counting towards next time.
