Rating the talents you meet

Rate each chat in about 30 seconds. It's anonymous, and it helps talents see how they come across.
After a completed chat, you can rate the talent. It takes about 30 seconds, and it's one of the most useful things you can give them: a sense of how they come across to someone a step ahead.
Where to find itOpen Past
Rate a chat
- Step 1: On a completed chat under Past, press Rate followed by their name (for example Rate Ada). Home and the bell remind you too.
- Step 2: Choose 1 to 5 stars.
- Step 3: Pick what they did well and what they could do better, from a few chips.
- Step 4: Add a comment if you like (up to 500 characters), then press Submit.
It stays anonymous
Your rating stays private until at least 3 different people have rated the same talent. Then ratings are shared together, so nobody can tell which chat or which person a rating came from. The talent never sees your comment or your name: our AI, Kofi, only shares a summary of what several people said.
