Follow up
Send a three-line recap within a day
What you covered, the one next step you agreed and anything you promised to send. Press Message on the chat to write it.
Introduce one person from your network
Check with both people first, then write a short note saying why they should talk. Referring a talent
Share one resource that fits their goal
A course, a book, an article or a person to follow. One well-chosen resource beats a reading list.
Check in a month later
A quick "How did it go?" means a lot. Add a private note on the chat so you remember when. Keeping private notes on a chat
Log the outcome
Press Log outcome on the chat under Chats → Past and mark it Completed or No-show, then rate the talent. It keeps your record accurate, and every completed chat counts towards Pro on us: 3 in a month get you Pro free for the next month. Logging the outcome, and changing it later
