Finding talent and running your pipeline

See the people who follow you or are interested in your roles, and move candidates through your pipeline.
Talent shows the early-career people who follow you or have said they're interested in one of your roles, and Pipeline is where you move the ones you like towards an offer.

People interested in you
- People appear here when they follow your company page or press I'm interested on one of your roles.
- There's one card per person, with the name they gave KoffeeChat, their photo if they share it, their headline, career stage, school and where they're based, their KoffeeChat tier (Unicorn, Verified or Explorer), and why they're on your list: Follows you and each role they're Interested in.
- Show Everyone, Followers or Interested in a role, then search by name, school or headline and filter by tier, role, field (from their headline), career stage or whether they've had a coffee chat with your team. Save a search to come back to it.
- Press View profile to see more, or Save to pipeline to add them. Your pipeline takes the people you can see on Talent.

You see the first 3 people who showed interest, and how many more are waiting for you on Pro. Organisation plans
Who sees your followers
- Your organisation's owners, admins, super admins and recruiters, on Talent.
- Shepherds your organisation has verified, that is colleagues you invited by email who accepted, so their shepherd profile is linked to your company. On their shepherd Home they see the talents who follow your company page and share their profile with shepherds, and can invite them to a coffee chat. On the Free plan they only see followers who are among the first 3 people on your Talent tab, and how many more there are.
- Not other members of your workspace, not someone who joined with your Shepherd code, and not a shepherd who only types your company's name on their profile. A shepherd linked to your organisation who is still waiting for KoffeeChat's approval sees nothing until they're approved.
Your pipeline
Pipeline has a column for each stage: Interested, Screening, Coffee chat, Shortlist and Offer. Drag a card from one column to another, or press Advance to move it on a stage. Candidates who aren't tied to a job show as Organisational Bench.
