Earnings and Peers previews
For everyoneUpdated 7 Oct 2026
Earnings and Peers moved from the talent profile to Beta testers, as previews with example figures.
Earnings and Peers used to be tabs on the talent Profile. They're now previews in Beta testers, open to beta testers while we decide what to build. Each preview is labelled Preview, with a note that its figures are examples.

Earnings
- What your target role could pay, in naira and in dollars, and what similar roles and sectors pay.
- Refine your estimate adjusts the ranges for your years of experience, last job level and highest degree. On a talent account we remember your choices for next time, once you change one.
- The numbers come from a small starting set (finance roles in Nigeria), not live pay data from people on KoffeeChat.
Peers
- How a profile and network compare with others aiming for the same role, and challenge leaderboards.
- The rankings and leaderboard are made up so you can see the idea. Nothing about you is shared with anyone.

On a preview, press Vote if you'd like it built, or Share feedback to open its comments on the board. Not a beta tester yet? The preview asks you to join first (one click).
When a preview leaves beta (it ships, or we pause it), its page says so and links back to the board.
