Pioneer 100: your own koffeechat.com page

Our first 100 verified shepherds can claim a page at koffeechat.com/yourname that shows their profile, where anyone can book a coffee chat with them.
The Pioneer 100 are KoffeeChat's first 100 shepherds to claim a page of their own on our main address, like koffeechat.com/faith. You become a KoffeeChat ambassador, with a Pioneer number that's yours for good.
What you get
- Your own page at koffeechat.com/yourname. It shows your profile the way your booking page does, marked Ambassador # and your number, with Book a coffee chat.
- Your invites count. New people who sign up to book a chat with you from your page count as your invites in Refer & earn, just like your invite link. Share card and Refer & earn
- A Pioneer number, from #1 to #100, given in the order shepherds claim. It's never given to anyone else.
Your page is separate from your booking page (app.koffeechat.com/shepherd/yourname), which stays exactly as it is. Your public booking page
Who can claim one
Verified shepherds: your profile has been approved by our team and shows the blue Verified badge. There are 100 spots, and Pioneer 100 shows how many are left.
- Not verified yet? The page says Pioneer 100 opens once you're verified. Adding your LinkedIn on Profile speeds up the review. While your profile is being reviewed
- All spots taken? It says All 100 Pioneer spots are taken. Your booking page and your Refer & earn link still work as before.
Claim your link
- Step 1: Open Pioneer 100 (the button in your approval email takes you there too).
- Step 2: We suggest a link from your first name. Keep it, or type your own in the box after koffeechat.com/.
- Step 3: Wait for Available under the box, then press Claim my Pioneer link.
A link is 3 to 30 characters: lower-case letters, numbers and single hyphens, starting with a letter. Some words are kept for KoffeeChat's own pages (like help, pricing or shepherd), a link can't include our name (koffee or coffeechat) or words like support, team or official, and each link can belong to only one shepherd. If yours is taken, try your first name with your last initial, for example faith-o.
Share your page
- Copy link copies your koffeechat.com address.
- Share opens your phone's share sheet, or on a computer offers WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Email.
- Preview your page opens it the way visitors see it.
Change your link
- Step 1: On Pioneer 100, press Change link.
- Step 2: Type the new link and wait for Available.
- Step 3: Press Save new link.
Your old link stops working
The old address stops working straight away and anyone can claim it, so update it wherever you've shared it. You can change your link 3 times in any 30 days. Your Pioneer number never changes.
What visitors see
- Your banner, photo, name, Verified badge and your Ambassador # mark with your number.
- Your role and company, what you can help with, About, past firms, experience, education and ratings, as you chose in What visitors see on Profile. Anything you hide there is hidden here too.
- Book a coffee chat, the page's one button. It works just like on your booking page: someone new to KoffeeChat signs up as they book.
Visitors never see your email address. If our team switches your page off or removes your link, Pioneer 100 tells you, and you can email hello@koffeechat.com about it. You keep your Pioneer number either way, and a removed link can only be set again by our team.
