Running Surprise Koffee rounds

Pair colleagues for a coffee each round, and how people choose to take part.
Surprise Koffee pairs colleagues from across your organogram for an informal coffee chat, with a conversation guide to break the ice. It's optional for everyone, but encouraged.
Where to find itOpen Surprise Koffee
Start a round
- Step 1: Make sure your people are seated on the organogram. Only people seated on the organogram who haven't opted out are matched.
- Step 2: Go to Surprise Koffee and press Start the first round (after that, Start a new round).
- Step 3: We pair people up and give each pair a conversation guide.
Conversation guides
Each pair gets one guide with a few questions, such as What do you actually do?, Swap a skill, Field notes, One big goal, Origin story or Teach me something.
Track how it's going
- Opted in: how many seated people are taking part.
- Matches this round and Chats completed.
- Rounds run so far, and the pairs in the current round.
