What is KoffeeChat?
For everyoneUpdated 1 Oct 2026
KoffeeChat connects you with people a step or two ahead in their careers, real companies to explore and a plan for what's next.
KoffeeChat helps you work out your next career move and take it, with help from people who have already made it. You can explore real companies, book short coffee chats with professionals one step ahead of you, and follow a growth plan built around the role you want.
Three ways to use KoffeeChat
- Talents are students, graduates and early-career professionals working towards their next role. You explore companies, book coffee chats and build your career plan.
- Shepherds are professionals who give some of their time to talents one or two steps behind them. They host coffee chats, and they can use Grow to plan their own next move too.
- Organisations show what it's like to work with them, bring their people into a private workspace and meet talent who are interested in them.
Not sure which one you are? Talent, shepherd or organisation explains each account.
