Setting up your talent profile

The few questions we ask when you join, how your answers shape what you see, and how to change them later.
After you choose I'm Talent, we ask for your name and five quick questions. It takes a minute or two, and every answer makes your suggestions sharper.
Your name
First, what should we call you? Type your first and last name. This is the name shepherds see when you book a chat, and you can change it later in Settings → Profile.

Press Next › after each one, and Finish › at the end. You can go ‹ Back at any point without losing your answers.
What happens when you finish
- We take you to the place that fits your next step: Get a job opens Coffee Chats, Explore companies opens Companies, Get a promotion and Start freelancing open Grow, and Switch industries opens the other paths on Grow.
- We start building your first growth plan in the background, for a role that matches your sector and next step. Like any growth plan, it uses 2 KoffeePoints.
- Your profile becomes visible to approved shepherds, so they can find you and invite you to a coffee chat. You can hide it at any time. What shepherds can see about you
- A short guided tour shows you around. Taking the guided tour
Changing your answers later
- Your name and country: Settings → Profile.
- The role you're in now and your dream role: Edit role and Edit dream role on your career ladder in Grow. Changing a role on your ladder
- Your skills, timeline, strengths and the markets you're open to: ✨ Improve accuracy on Grow → Explore other paths. Improving the accuracy of your matches
