Organisations have their own sidebar on the dashboard. Your organisation dashboard
Messages, notifications and your account menu
- The speech-bubble icon opens Messages. A red badge shows how many conversations have something new. Who you can message
- The bell opens your Notifications: new requests, confirmed chats, reminders to rate a chat and replies to your reports. Press one to jump to it.
- Your photo opens your account menu: your profile, Usage & KoffeePoints, Refer & earn, Change photo, Settings, Take the tour, Join beta testers (Beta testers once you've joined), Help centre, Report a problem and signing out. Beta testers
On your phone
Everything sits behind the menu button (three lines) at the top right. It opens a panel with the same pages, Messages, Beta testers, Help centre, Report a problem and Sign out. Messages and the bell stay in the top bar.
