Finding and sorting your coffee chats

Once you have more than 3 chats, a toolbar appears at the top of Your coffee chats to help you find the one you want. Shepherds see the same toolbar on the peer chats they've booked, under Network.

Searching

Type into the search box (Shepherd, company or topic…). Every word you type has to match, and capital letters and accents don't matter.

Sorting

• Upcoming: Soonest first or Latest first.
• Past: To do first (chats waiting for your rating come first), Latest first or Oldest first.

Filtering

Press Filters to narrow the list by the shepherd's Company (switch on Include past companies to match where they used to work), Topic, Status and When. They open inside Your coffee chats, under the search; press the button at the bottom of them (Show 4 chats, for example) to close them again.

While a search or filter is on, every matching chat shows, with a count such as "3 of 11 past chats". Each filter shows as a chip: remove one, or press Clear all to see everything again. If nothing matches, press Clear filters.
