Resetting your password

Get a reset link by email and choose a new password.
If you signed up with an email and password, you can reset your password at any time.

Reset it
- Step 1: On the sign-in page, press Forgot password?.
- Step 2: Type the email you signed up with and press Send reset link. If that email has an account, the link is on its way.
- Step 3: Open the email and press the link. It opens Set a new password.
- Step 4: Type your new password (at least 8 characters) twice and press Update password.
You're signed in and taken back to where you usually start.
No email?
Check your spam or junk folder. Reset links work for an hour. If yours has expired or been used, the page says so: press Send a new link to request another. Signed up with Google? You don't have a KoffeeChat password: use Continue with Google.
To change your password while you're signed in, sign out and use Forgot password? in the same way.
