Your public booking page and link

Every approved shepherd has a public booking page: one link you can put in your email signature, on LinkedIn or in a message. Anyone who opens it can see your profile and book a chat with you, even if they don't have a KoffeeChat account yet.

Find and share your link

Your link sits under Your public profile link on Your profile. It looks like app.koffeechat.com/shepherd/yourname. Press Share profile to copy it.

Customise the address

1. 1Step 1: Press Customise link on Your profile.
2. 2Step 2: Type the name you'd like. Use letters, numbers and hyphens, with at least 3 letters or numbers.
3. 3Step 3: Press Save link. If your choice is taken, we add a number to it.

Choose what visitors see

The What visitors see card on Your profile has a switch for each part of your page: About, Can help with, Past firms, Experience, Education, Reviews & rating and Location. Your choices apply to your booking page, your profile card and the booking window. Your name, photo, role, company, banner and Verified status always show. Press Show everything to switch everything back on at once. To check how it looks, press Preview your page: your booking page opens in a new tab.

A switch decides what your page and card show; it doesn't make that part private. If you'd rather nobody saw something, leave it out of your profile altogether.

When a visitor books you

Visitors press Book a coffee chat and follow the same three steps talents use. Someone without an account picks a time first and creates a free account at the last step; nothing reaches you until they send it. If you've switched on Open profile, signed-in visitors can also press Message. Message emails and Open profile

When you're on a break, your page says so and the booking button is switched off until you're back.
