Adding Growth Resources for your team

Share courses, guides and links your people can use to grow in their roles.
Growth Resources is your organisation's own shelf of courses, books, podcasts and people. Anything you add shows up on the growth card of every matching seat, including what your people see in their own work account.
Where to find itOpen Growth Resources
Add a resource
- Step 1: Go to Growth Resources in the sidebar and press Add resource.
- Step 2: Under Collection (role or team), type a role title, department or team, for example Finance Analyst or Engineering. The resource appears on every seat that matches.
- Step 3: Pick a Category: Courses, Books, Articles, Podcasts, YouTube Channels and Top Leaders.
- Step 4: Add a Title (or the person's name for a leader), who it's by, an optional Note such as Free · Certificate, and an optional Link.
- Step 5: Press Add resource. Your people see it straight away.
Links need to start with https://. Press Add to this collection to add more to a collection you already have.
Edit or remove
Press the pencil on a resource to edit it, or remove it. A removed resource disappears from every matching seat's growth card immediately.
Who can change them
Owners, super admins and admins can add and change Growth Resources. Recruiters don't see this tab, and members see your picks in their work account.
