Switching between your dashboards

Move between your talent, shepherd and organisation dashboards, and between your personal and work accounts.
One person can wear more than one hat on KoffeeChat. Your account menu (your photo, top right) takes you between them.
From your account menu
- Shepherd dashboard: shown on the talent side when you're also a shepherd. It takes you to your shepherd Home.
- Organisation dashboard: shown when you run an organisation on KoffeeChat, on both the talent and shepherd sides.
- Work account: opens your organisation's workspace when you have one on this email.
Personal and Work
On a wider screen, a Personal | Work switch sits in the top bar. Personal is your own talent or shepherd side. Work is your organisation on KoffeeChat: admins land in the organisation dashboard, and everyone else in their work workspace with the organogram and Surprise Koffee.

Private by design
Your personal growth plans, coffee chats and job hunting are never visible to your employer. Keeping personal and work separate
