Choosing I'm Talent
You tell us your name and answer five quick questions about where you are and where you want to go. We use your answers to suggest companies, shepherds and paths, and to build your first growth plan. Setting up your talent profile
Choosing I'm a Shepherd
You set up a shepherd profile so talents can book coffee chats with you. New profiles are checked by our team before talents can book them. Becoming a shepherd
Shepherds grow too. Your own Grow page maps your next roles, and Network lets you book peer coffee chats with fellow shepherds in the same three steps talents use.
Choosing We're an Organisation
You either claim your company's page, if your company is already on KoffeeChat, or create a private organisation for your people. Setting up your organisation
Can you be more than one?
- A shepherd who also wants help as a talent can use Grow on the shepherd side, and book fellow shepherds from Network.
- An organisation admin reaches the organisation dashboard from the account menu, next to their personal pages. Switching between your dashboards
- A work account that your employer invites you to is kept separate from your personal side. What a work account is
